Welcome to GINKGO GewerbeKompetenz.
Even during my time at a retail bank serving private clients, I began supporting business financing projects — even though this was not officially part of my role. With the support of department heads and board members, I was able to work with my first doctors, property developers, and other self-employed professionals.
The terms and financing conditions I was able to secure for them simply weren’t available elsewhere on the market.

Today, I no longer work with just one bank, but with a network that I believe is unique: guarantee banks, state banks, savings banks, cooperative banks, and private banks — every financing solution is tailored individually.

I’m not a commission-driven broker; I’m a consultant who is genuinely committed to what I do. My clients particularly value three things:
